Hey! I’m Kenn.

I’m a Virtual Assistant based in Philippines who works behind the scenes to make things run the way they’re supposed to. Or better.

I didn’t start out as a VA in the traditional sense. I came from systems, development, and operations—where repetitive work isn’t just annoying, it's a problem waiting to be solved. So I solved it.

Some might call it laziness, but I think it's a refusal to waste time on repetitive work. I specialize in executive operations and workflow automation that quietly remove friction from your day.

And a few creative things in between when it makes sense.

Organization isn't my only thing.

I’m an endurance cyclist (I may not look like one, but I am—I swear ). The kind that wakes up early and rides 200km for fun. Still questioning that life choice sometimes.

Long rides keep me sharp. They teach pacing, discipline, and how to stay consistent when things get uncomfortable. Turns out, that translates pretty well to work.

I don’t just "do" tasks—I build solutions that run in the background. If you're fighting your own workflow, I’ll bend it until it adapts to you—not the other way around.

Systems with intent.

I believe good systems should feel invisible; they should feel normal and something that’s “just there.” They should make things easier without getting in the way.

There’s a certain satisfaction in seeing something you built actually get used—when a workflow just works, and everything moves the way it should.

That’s the kind of work I build and care about.

If this sounds like what you need, please feel free to contact me.
